Party Worker Activation

Many political organisations have large numbers of party workers and booth committee members on record, but only a limited number remain active on the ground.

CHANAKYA identifies active, inactive and underutilised members through structured one-to-one meetings. These interactions help us understand their concerns, expectations, suggestions and reasons for disengagement.

In many cases, workers become inactive simply because they feel unheard. By listening to them, documenting their views and reconnecting them with the candidate, a significant section of the network can be reactivated.

Their concerns and recommendations are then consolidated into a clear summary for the leadership, enabling timely action, better communication and stronger organisational participation.
